Handing & Shipping Times

Please note shipping times have been greatly impacted by the pandemic.  All items are sent via Australia Post, add 5-10 working days during this time.

Please get orders for Christmas in prior to December 13th for the best chance of items arriving before santa's sleigh takes off.

All online orders (with the exception of the range by artist Chelle Wallace, please see below) will be processed within 72hrs of payment and dispatched on the next business day. 

All Metro Standard items are registered and shipped via Australia Post.

Delivery time starts after your order has been despatched from our 

warehouse. The delivery time estimates do not include handling time.
